Tamara and Nicola provide clinical supervision (often called professional supervision) to a range of professionals including psychologists, social workers, counsellors, human service workers, and case managers. Having worked in the human services sector for many years, we bring our wealth of knowledge and experience to your sessions.
We align with an abundance mindset, meaning we believe there is enough for all of us to achieve our professional goals and objectives. In practice, this means we are generous with our knowledge, genuinely invested in your growth, and enthusiastic to support your learning needs as best we can.
Our shared areas of clinical skills are addictive behaviours, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed care. We also enjoy exploring leadership, culture, and workplace well-being. Emphasis is placed on the importance of self-care, burnout prevention, and strategies to prevent compassion fatigue and vicarious trauma.
Nicola is an AHPRA Registered Psychologist and a Psychology Board of Australia Approved Supervisor for the 5+1 and 4+2 endorsements. She has a particular interest in gambling and trauma and has experience working with remote Aboriginal communities. Nicola has an extensive working knowledge of leading community-based not-for-profit services.
Tamara is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker who has completed various supervisor training programs, including the AASW’s Advanced Clinical Supervisor program and the ‘Rise Up’ course endorsed by the Australian Counselling Association (ACA). She has experience working and leading multidisciplinary teams in government and non-government mental health services and has a particular interest in addictive behaviours and military and veteran mental health.
We provide clinical supervision services online or in-person depending on location and availability. Sessions can be provided on either a regular or ‘as needed’ basis.

Being a leader can be incredibly rewarding and incredibly hard all at the same time. We know this from personal experience. It can also feel lonely and the higher you rise, the more this feeling emerges. There’s no need to feel alone – we offer a supportive, compassionate, and safe space to explore the challenges and rewards of your leadership journey.
Leadership is a skill that can be learned, refined, and continually developed – the best leaders understand this is a life-long process.
We work with emerging leaders moving into their first management positions to seasoned executives looking to refine and enhance their skills. Our service is for anyone at any stage of their leadership journey.
Key areas explored in leadership coaching include:
Tamara and Nicola have both worked in management and leadership positions, ranging from team leader roles to Executive Officers.
